Feeling frustrated with glow

My fertility window jumps around every month. My period date is never accurate and my husband doesn't have his own log I've emailed support but no response. But even app that aside I'm mostly frustrated with the community. I feel like everytime I dare to post an opinion (even when that opinion is asked for) I get attacked. Even when I in no way invited a debate people are still jerks.

When I reach out for help I get 50+ views but no replies. Really? I get that some ppl are busy and some ppl just can't help but you'd think that out of 50 ppl SOMEONE would say SOMETHING.

And usually when someone does finally respond it's as if they didn't take the time to really read my question. It's so freakin frustrating.
