Most couples will achieve a pregnancy in one year without actively trying. I think the average is 3-6 months for couple actively trying. Age also plays a factor. If you guys have been trying for one year, with opks, temping etc., it might be time to see a specialist. I do know couples though who conceived naturally after 3 or more years. Just depends on how long you are willing to wait. Good luck to you!

We tried for 12 then saw my doctor. Had tests and ended up doing clomid which worked first round.

We are seeing a specialist.  I have had an hsg, bloodwork, post coital test and waiting on results of SA. We use opks. I get a postive opk cd13 every month. Confirmed ovulation . No cysts or fibriods! !! Im lost...
