Hi all,

I had a miscarriage late January all started at 6 weeks with spotting and 2 weeks later cramping and heavy blending the whole time i was sick tired and cramping on and off until i lost it.

Im now pregnant again 6 weeks i have no pregnancy symptoms but last night i went to the bathroom, wiped and i saw a few drops of blood in the toilet paper, i called my dr and the nurse told me that if im not having heavy bleeding or cramping im fine but im so scare my dr appoinment is not until the 22 of june is this normal?or im having a miscarriage again?

I know is normal to bleed in early pregnancy but im 6 weeks it is not implantation so what can it be?
