Lower back pain last, misscarrying?

I'm 8 weeks and 6 days and just started having lower back pain yesterday. It's not too painful but I can definitely tell it's there. I haven't experienced nausea really throughout the pregnancy so far. Just fatigue and tender boobs. No spotting or blood so far? My doc appt is wed. Should I be concerned and go to ER for possible miscarriage or hold off till my appt? I'd greatly appreciate your experiences and advice. Thank you
