Am I pregnant?

I had sex last Monday and Wednesday with my SO and we used absolutely no protection. My ovulation was supposed to end Saturday, but sometimes glow is off on my periods, so it's possible it was off on that. I'm supposed to get my period Thursday, but already I am noticing some odd things. I have more cm than usual, my breasts are tender if I lay on my stomach at a certain Angle, I'm irritable, have lower abdominal cramping that comes and goes, and nausea that hits on a whim. I don't want a baby right now, I'm in college and already have a 3 year old, but my SO does want one which is why he has pressured me not to use protection. He's 24 and I'm 19, and while we could afford another baby I want to wait another year. I guess my question is, do you think I'm pregnant? I need your help ladies. Please.
