Always had faint lines? Test preference question

I have always had faint lines on a pink dye test even when I was 12 weeks pregnant with my first now I'm ttc #2... My question is has anyone used a pink dye test and got a faint positive but used a blue dye test and got a clearer result????

The new frer are so crappy. Super disappointed in them. Never had an issue with the old ones. Blue dyes i feel are a hit and miss. Sometimes you'll get a good ones sometimes you'll get a bad one. Which works with most test anyway.. Lol.
