Bleeding after unprotected sex

Yesterday my boyfriend and I had sex, it was a kind of spur of the moment thing and we didn't have a condom. I just got off of birth control literally a week ago as I am switching pills and have to wait for it to come in. I thought I wasn't quite lubricated enough and it hurt so we stopped after just 2 minutes, I didn't bleed until about 3 hours later and it looked similar to when I broke my Hymen. Today j have an orangeish tinted discharge. What is this? We haven't had sex in literally months, should I be worried I don't want to get pregnant quite yet
