Cramps: pms or pregnancy

So basically iv take 3 home test (all positive) but I went to the doctors same day and their one test came out negative but I've heard their test ain't as strong, I just want to know about my cramps... My cramps are only mild and they last around 2 mins if that just a few times a day I'm not sure if they are pregnancy cramps or pms as off my tests. Opinions
