I'm in my 30's

I'm in my 30's TTC after 3 Mc. I have one daughter that will be 18 this month. But I have a question. I had a bacteria infection and the pills they give me makes my periods unbalanced. I just went off on Monday and now I came back on yesterday. What is the problem? I want another so bad. What should I do?
