I've never had very regular periods, but lately they've either been back to back (I had a 25 day period) or they're very spaced out. I'm still bleeding, so I don't think I'm pregnant. I'm also using the Nexplanon implant and I use condoms during intercourse. Could this possibly be a sign of cystic ovaries?
