Does the Maca plant work to regulate an irregular cycle ?
If yes please tell me how it helped you. I'm taking myself off the pill because I'm sick of fake hormones just to regulate my cycle. I have menorrghia btw, that's why they put me on bc. Also which one is better the maca capsules or the powder ?
