ITS HOT!!!

I don't know if anyone else feels like hot constantly during their pregnancy but I get so hot that I wake up in the middle of the night, splash cold water all over me & stand in front of a fan until the water on me gets nice & ice cold. It even gets to the point where I stand in the freezer for a few minutes. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stay cool? Its 108 in Las Vegas & it's just gonna get hotter. 😤 I need some advice here please.
