Other IBS Preggos??

Question

Any other mommies-to-be have IBS? I believe I'm getting my first flare up since being pregnant. Just looking for advice, tips, etc. I have a routine doctors appointment Thursday and will discuss it more with her at that time. Thanks!!

Yup I do. It's horrible. Between pregnancy constipation then IBS some days I think I'm dying.

I'm taking an acidophilus first thing in the morning with a glass of water. Seems to be helping a little. I'm less bloated and less crampy. Really don't want to take anything stronger.
