I know this sounds ridiculous but... I have my pap/yearly exam scheduled for Wednesday at my primary doctor. Last time I got one (3 years ago) she said next time I come in for one I'd have to get a breast exam. I'm sort of freaking out about that! I know it's stupid that I can let someone poke around down there but looking at my chest freaks me out. I'm 21 with no issues and no family history of breast cancer. I check my breasts pretty much every day. Is this something I can refuse?
