Anyone know if I have the cysts (or possibly the whole ovary since the cysts are all on one side) removed if the symptoms will improve? Especially the insulin resistance and hair thinning? I have worked my ass off to lose all the extra weight (and I'm 15lbs from my goal now!) and was told if I lost weight that would get better but it hasn't. I didn't respond well to drug treatment at all- it made me worse! Anyone have their hair get thicker too after any treatment? My hair thinned a lot from it. :( any hope that as I get better that my hair will regrow thicker now it's stopped falling out?
