I went into labor after my water broke last Wednesday morning 4am June 10 then after a long 24 hours of no dilation (just effacement until 100% At first) I was given pitocin. I took epidural at 1-2 cm bc I was in so much pain and doc said it was perfectly fine. Thursday at almost 11 am after pushing for 3 hours (I was now fully dialed) I went for csection. Had him at 11:15 but apparently my uterus ruptured so I had to go into a second procedure to repair. 

My question is, has anyone else had a rupture as a first time mom with no prior csections or not pregnant with multiples? 

Baby's heart rate was perfect throughout the whole labor and I had absolutely no prior complications. I'm just really confused as to how this would happen to me. I'm just now home from the hospital and finally actually giving it some thought.
