TTC but me and my SO are always working!

It's so hard to be intimate with each other lately because I just started working the night shift and he is working two jobs so I barely see him! It sucks because we don't get to spend as much time with each other like I want to. I really want to ttc for my first and so does he. I am sort of giving up even though I am still tracking my fertility. Maybe it's not our time yet? How do you couples with busy schedules do it? Would like to hear any suggestions...
