Uti before BFP?

So I was supposed to get AF today and she never showed. I took a test n it was negative. Figured I tested soon. I went to urgent care with crazy back pain, they took urine and said it showed a slight uti.. which I found weird because I haven't had a uti in years! Anyone else get a uti before BFP? I'm curious if it has any relation

I have had three pregnancies and with each I have had a yeast infection. I had a uti a couple weeks ago. Maybe that's a sign.

Almost the same thing happened to me! Right around when I was due to get my period, I started feeling like I had a uti. I started drinking cranberry juice and it passed on its own in a few days. It was shortly after that I had a positive pregnancy test!
