Help with ttc....

I have abnormal cycles that show up when it wants to.... My last cycle was 60 something days then I finally had a 10 day period starting may 30.... I take a LOT of meds so I take a pregnancy test every couple of weeks so I don't have to worry about meds affecting a pregnancy if there is one. Not sure at all when I ovulate either. I took a dollar tree test and saw a very faint line but I'm scared to think it could really be happening for me. Only symptoms I have are nausea, fatigue, headache, and constipation.

Overall.... My question is is it possible to be pregnant right before a period? I'll leave a picture of the test for u to judge or tweak... Thanx in advance
