Do I look too big 😭

So pre pregnancy weight I was 150lbs, I'm 36w3d and I'm now 204lbs! That's a weight gain of 54lbs 😧 I was so shocked when I got on the scales, I didn't think I looked like I had put that much on, now I'm starting to feel self conscious now 😥

I am 5'6" and started at 145, now I'm 202. I've ate healthy and worked out, but still gained. I'm pretty sure we will both lose it fast! Oh and I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow

I'm 5'6" and I started at 155 lbs. At 36 weeks I weighed the same as you. It's my first baby. I'm not worrying about my weight. I lost 50 pounds in 2013 and maintained the weight loss until my pregnancy. I figure some of it is fat, some baby, some other fluids etc. I've lost it before I can do it again

I think it matters which kid this is too... Is it your first? With my first I gained the most, 45 lbs total. I also gave in to cravings and ate out of proportion. Now on my 4th I've gained 5lbs and I'm 32wks4d but I've been extremely active, watched what I eat and I don't give in to cravings. I've also cut sugar out of my diet. Every body is different, and your body is simply doing what it needs to do to prep you for your wonderful child! And it's giving him/her what they need for growth! I think the more you have the more your body remembers what it needs and accommodates as such. Don't stress, the mommy body is a beautiful thing and is the definition of femininity! You look like you're all baby 😊

Don't worry about weight. If you're trying to be healthy, and eating as well as you can, your body will gain what it gains and you will lose quickly.
The whole 25-35 lb is a guideline not a law!
