I've been practising making healthy porridge for breakfast since there are really nothing nutritioned provided in the canteen of our company. I'm hoping to build a solid body and make myself more beautiful,haha. There are several excellent recipe I collected that are believed to be positively good to health.  This is one of my favorite.According to Chinese medicine, sweetened lotus nut with white fungus can make a fabulous porridge which can clear heat and activating blood, it is even better if add some jujube. You can try for a couple of times if interested and you will see how wonderful it is.Hope everyone enjoy a healthy and happy life.
