Itchy, burning and peeling nipples

Anyone else have dry, itchy, burning and peeling skin around their breasts and nipples? I'm 21 weeks today and It's just so annoying!! The worst is when I'm out and I need to scratch and I'm just so embarrassed! Any suggestions with how to stop from needing to scratch all the time?! it's making my skin irritated and even more itchy, anything would be greatly appreciated!!
