I go back to work in less than a month. Thinking about it makes me really upset and I don't want to ruin my last days of maternity leave, but it's a reality I can't ignore. Unfortunately, we need my income right now and I also have 14 months left of a 2 year contract. Breaking the contract means I have to pay the company back $5000 for training which is definitely not something we can afford. I can't stand the thought of leaving my baby with anyone. How have other working moms coped with going back to work?
