SAHM schedules

Does anyone recommend any apps for scheduling. I am a stay at home mom of a 1.5 yr old as well as expecting, I am finding it so hard to entertain my toddler and keep on a schedule as well as cleaning. I am a organized person so I like schedules, I just can't find a app that will let me schedule my stuff, cleaning, and my toddlers routine stuff. I feel like alot of my time is being wasted by just winging it. :(
