Mine are tied but I want a baby. Any advice?

U also can keep ur tubes tied and do ivf to gwt pregnant....that was an option i had but decided to have reversal surgery

I had clamps and after 6yrs i found out at some point they fell off but i never got pregnant. Had to have surgery to repair damage clamps did.
