Early Signs of Labor???

Question

I'm a FTM so I'm nervous as all heck but for the past couple hours I've been having sharp vaginal pains followed by pressure down there as well. Along with this my stomach gets supper tight and doesn't loosen up. I've tried drinking and changing positions and nothing is helping. It hurts to walk but not to point where I can't handle it. Can anyone drop some insight to what can be going on? I don't want to panic and it be nothing but then I don't know bc I've had braxton hicks and they never felt this tight nor this long

I get the vagianl sharp pains your talking about. My ER nurse said it could be because your uterus is growing and laying on a nerve. Which I doubted because if we are talking about the same thing it's like a stabbing feeling inside your vagina where if your standing and you get that pain you wanna just drop to your knees and your just very uncomfortable.

Now I will say this I am at risk for preterm labor  I'm 32wks 3days now.  And I found out at 27wks, but  with me it was by tightness in my lower stomach and lower back. And it would not go away even when I moved sonibwentbto the ER and found out I was in early labor.

With Braxton hicks they say it shouldn't hurt. But I e heard of some women saying that it did hurt. But that it does go away with walking and changing position. If the problem still persists I would recommend you go to the ER.
