Prolactin levels and pregnancy

I'm 28yrs old and I was diagnosed with a microprolactinoma 10 years ago. My prolactin levels were around 50 at the highest and my period was never affected. I was always super regular, thank God. I was on bromocriptine until about 6 months ago and my prolactin levels have remained normal. I am now 4weeks pregnant and my prolactin level is 37 (higher end of range). Anyone here with a micro or macro prolactinoma? I'd like to know how prolactin levels varied throughout your pregnancy and how it was managed. Thank you!
