What is this weird feeling?

For the last couple of days. (Right after my doctors appt.) I keep getting this weird feeling. It feels like the baby is literally balling up and taking something with her or a squeezing feeling. It's the best I can describe it. It doesn't hurt real bad just SUPER uncomfortable. It is also on my upper right hand side. Any ideas if it's baby for sure or my uterus?

Sounds like a Braxton Hicks contraction to me. They are 'fake' contractions that prepare the uterus for labour. They are harmless so long as they don't become more painful/intense or get more frequent/regular (you shouldn't be having more than 6 per hour). If they do or you have any other signs of labour go to L&D.

She's rotating sounds like. I've been getting that too, we watched her do it on the ultrasound yesterday. It's starting to get crowded so we feel it much more😊
