DRINK (more!!!!!) WATER!!!!!!!
Hydrate ladies. For real! I started to get dizzy and hot and almost passed out last night- my heart rate spiked, totally freaked me out. Went to the ER and even though I had consumed an average amount of water (not a ton but certainly some here and there all throughout the day) it turned out I was dehydrated! I guess blood pressure can drop sometimes in second tri (goes up in third) and that combined with not enough water to keep the blood volume up almost knocked me out. Hydrate hydrate hydrate girls!!!! We need way more right now than I thought, and I don't ever want to feel like that again!!!!
