It depends on your baby. I purchased a few different brands and my baby hated them all. He liked the cheap ones from Walmart.

I am a FTM as well and plan on getting a couple of each to try. I hear dr Browns is very good too. Every baby is different so what may work well for some is not always what works best for others. I will probably have mostly medela as that is the brand pump I will be getting but I'm interested to see what other women will say 😊

I've done some research.  We are going with Munchkin Latch bottles.  They are a newer brand, but everything I've read is positive.  They have a colic valve at the bottom - less parts than Dr. Brown's.  They are also more similar to the breast, and the nipple moves and stretches.

My niece had Avent and switched back and forth nicely! So I bought Avent natural for when my little man comes :)

My first was breast fed and he used Avent. They will like any of them as long as you don't give them a choice. Ir worked for me.
He Didn't like it at first but he Got used to it after 2 feedings and never had any gas problems or anything.

Mam is the only thing my son would take while Brest feeding. It has a much more natural nipple than any bottle I've used

I would have a few different ones on hand - it's stressful to have a screaming baby who won't take a bottle! I intended to use glass bottles but my baby didn't like them.
