NST's anyone else doing them?

I'm excited to be able to hear my little ladies heart beat, but having to sit for around an hour hooked up to a contraction monitor is gunna suck. Hopefully my 4yr old doesn't get to annoyed.

I have to start doing those once a week in mid-July. Sounds like a nice break to read but I'm definitely glad I don't have any other kids to take care of!

Every week with twins, so we have 3 monitors running. Our first appt they sent me straight to the hospital since the contractions I didn't realize I was having so frequently, showed the babies were also having decelerations. They like to see accelerations. We made it passed that pre-term labor scare and are still cooking 4 weeks later. Now, I look forward to monitoring each week.

Yes I start next week prob and I have my 2 boys with me ages 7&3 cause daddy is on deployment this is gonna be fun

I start mine in a week, and will have them weekly till I deliver. Thankfully my OB and specialist are letting me rotate each week so I don't have to see both ever my week.

I have them weekly, but my little lady never seems to cooperate, so they always give me apple juice first, and eventually end up buzzing her, and she gets really upset lol, but it never last more then 30mins, and I'll be 34wks Monday, so far I've had 3.

Is it something that is common to be done for GD? I have GD and none of my Drs have said anything about having to do one? I would not mind it but I guess I just like knowing what's to come since this GD stuff is all new to me.

Non stress test. They monitor babys heart rate and then they monitor your uterus to see if your having Contractions.
