Push-up bras, false advertising?

Question

I don't mean to make anyone feel as if their boobs are a product. My question is if you agree with what people say that if you're wear a push up bra are you giving false advertising, as in making people believe your boobs are bigger than actual. I for one dont care if a girl wears one or not, but I'm curious to see what other people think about this statement.

People that wear bras, padded or otherwise, are people, not products, billboards, or sale papers. They do not exist for the consumption of others.

I love VS double push ups! I have a lot of them! I don't see how this is false advertising, well it's true they're not that big, but  I'm not wearing them to impress the public! I'm wearing them so my clothes look better. I don't show my boobs, don't wear low cuts, I just love the way I look when I wear tops.

My SO says this & always tells me I used to do this before getting my implants! He never mentioned it until after I got them! I used to wear 2 bras sometimes though!

I wear the VS double push ups for myself, I've been married 4 years almost 5 and together 10 so my husband knows that my boobs aren't as big as I wish they were but I'm self concious about them, I'm a 32b so a little extra padding and push up makes me feel better I could care less about what anyone else thinks of them

I don't think it's false advertising. It's that persons way of dressing. Their business not mine.

I've honestly never in my life heard anyone say this. I don't surround myself with those types of individuals.
