37 weeks 4 days. Had a cervical check today. Is this spotting from being checked or mucus plug?

The mucous plug is much thicker and usually the bleeding accompanied with it is red.

It's from the cervical check. The mucus plug would have more and it's slimy. When mine totally came out it was a large quarter size chunk.
