Not sure what to think right now

My last AF was April 30th. On may 12th I ovulated and did iui insemination. My AF was due May 27th but I had 3 days of light spotting the 29th-31st. I've taken several hpt which were neg and I went to the doc who only did a urine test even though I have lots of symptoms. Fatigue, sore breasts, frequent urination, dizziness, crazy mood swings, pressure/fullness in my uterus, occasional nausea/ vomiting. We've been ttc for 3 years. I really want this to be it but shouldn't I have gotten a positive hpt by now, I'd be 7 weeks? If I'm not pregnant idk what's going on with my body right now.
