I can't tell!

So I went to use the bathroom and when I wiped there was some pinkish red on the tp so I put in a tampon. But it's only there when I wipe and I'm not cramping. I just went to change it and there was just a little spot of brown on it and it hurt to pull it out. Now normally when my period starts its full force. There is no in between. I always bleed heavily and it's been that way since I was 12. My cycle is so messed up this go around and I don't know when I ovulated. This has never happened to me before. So i don't kno if it is AF or maybe implantation bleeding?
