Any advice on how to bring on labor?

I am 39 weeks due on June 21st and I'm only 1cm. My doctor said if she isn't here by the 29th he will induce labor but I really don't want him to have to. I'm willing to try anything as long as it doesn't put my baby girl in harms way. Everyone's so anxious to meet her!!! ☺️

Iv heard that lots of sex can help, spicey food and walking.

It's going to sound weird but with my first I did it and worked and has worked with other friends. Crawling lol! Also cinnamon tea.

You can try walking & castor oil... Also sex, nipple stimulation...

Foot massage! You aren't supposed to rub your feet when you're pregnant because they say you can go into labor for it.

I wiggled my lil one down a lil. I js put a lil pressure at the top of my belly & moved my belly around a lil. Not roughly of course. & abt an hr later my water broke lol. I was 39 wks
