This is my second pregnancy I have a healthy 4 year old son and this time around I feel I have had a lot of symptoms and I feel as if they have vanished I also don't feel as if there is a baby in my stomach I feel almost completely normal I will be 10 weeks on Friday and I'm worried my next appointment isint until July 10th if anyone can give me peace of mind or advice it would be greatly appreciated please
