I've had surgery to have a cyst removed on my right ovary but turns out the cysts was too big & they had to remove the entire ovary. So now I just have one, my surgery was 4/28 & I've had a regular period right after. Would it be possible that my chances to conceive are the same? Or would I still be able to AF is due on 6/26
