So my man sais he's just never been into it .. he's let me do it a few times but not much.

Sorry if this is too much info but I like doing it .. I want to pleasure him but he doesn't let me , I've asked but the answers always no so I'm not gna bother anymore. He used to go down on me all the time n now he rarely does ..its straight into sex more or less. How do I go about this situation?
