so every month when i get my period i always end up leaking... i do everything to try to prevent it but it never works😔 i have so many embarrassing stories it's not even funny😕 i use tampons and put a pad underneath but blood somehow escapes🚨 any tips i am tired of having leaks.... (also another quick thing it seems like my tampons never expand like they should if say perhaps you put it in a cup of water.. it just stays the shape as it came out of the package.... why is that??) sorry if this is long but i am young and i need help with this😔
