Fluid retention! Help!

I eat very healthy, drink lots of water, exercise. I am only 4 weeks and 3 days along and my legs feel heavy and bloated and my pants are tight. I'm peeved I've gained 2 lbs in 2 days!! I haven't been eating like a heifer so there is no reason for this. I'm terrified the gains will continue like this. Any tips or tricks to minimize fluid retention? I feel fat and I know I'm not. I just don't like my clothes feeling tight ALREADY and it's not even in my belly that's the worst part. :(
