I have these two bumps on my inner thigh

They don't hurt or irritate me in any way, they're just unsightly... OK I decided to squeeze them one day. They don't look like pimples, but one felt like it had something iin it.. So I squeezed and this thick white thing came out, along with a hard (kinda clear) tiny little ball.

I can squeeze them every day and something will come out, had them for a while and they won't go away. What are they.???
