HELP please

Okay so I have my periods every two months so not sure when I ovulated I took a digital today and it say 1-2 weeks how far I'm I? Doctors kept saying I'm 10 weeks but I went for an ultrasound today and they didn't see anything so I have to get blood work today, Saturday, and Monday. I think I conceived in May and not in April like how they thought
