How does one try to get pregnant if they always have had irregular periods?

I've always had irregular periods and been told I have a tilted pelvis or uterus *sorry forgot what doc said been awhile since I was told* but what can one do to get pregnant again? I have 2kids and have had 1misscarriage

Have you spoken to your doctor about why your periods are irregular? There may be an underlying cause which can be treated to improve your chances.  Alternatively,  regular sex or temping and opks to work out when you are ovulating to time sex. If you aren't ovulating then perhaps clomid?
