Really thought this was my month got 3 faint lines on hpt plus pregnancy symptoms nausea, sore boobs, back ach, head ach also indigestion which I only got when I was pregnant with my fist pregnancy and also with my second which I MC in January 😞 just feel like giving up. Could them faint lines of meant I was pregnant ? 😢
