4 weeks and 5days -extreme symptoms

I find myself extremely hungry all the time, craving  pickles, My breast are very sore, and my stomach feels like it is stretching already or filled with air. Is anyone else experiencing this so early? My husband has twins that run in his family and his mom said I may be pregnant with twins.
