Implantation cramping?

Within the last two hours I'll get an occasional tinge of cramp. This is the best way I can describe it. It doesn't hurt just some pressure and lasts about 1-2 seconds and goes away for awhile. It's about 4 inches down from my belly button and slightly to my left.

Already did a daily bowel movement and I never cramp from that anyways.

AF is due June 28th
