So I had my first period in years on the 4th (depo shot for 4 years and I was off it for 8 months before I finally got a period again) and 2 nights ago I had sex and we didn't use a condom the entire time. He did not ejactiate while inside me, but I learned today I have been fertile all week. I had strange stomach cramps last night but they went away. I'm also unsure if I'm going to have a regular cycle again. I'm going to take a plan B but I just want to get opinions about this careless mistake and I truly have a reason to be worried. Thanks yall. (I also have a job that is incredibly physically taxing and a stress level that is beyond the roof so my body is in all kinds of wack)
