I want a boy

Ok my SO and I are trying to have a baby. I just came off of Implanon (the implant in your arm) almost 2 months ago and have had 1 period so far. The next one due in just a few days. Anyway, we both have kids from past relationships. 3 kids total (2 for him, 1 for me) and they are All girls. I will love the new addition regardless of gender but I really want a boy now. Everyone else in his family had boys, he's the oldest of 4 boys, his brother has 3 sons, but he himself has girls. Anyway I can make the odds of having a boy over a girl higher?
