How long until labor started for you?

I am 38 weeks and I had my bloody show on Tuesday, it is now Friday. At my last appointment my OB said I was 2cm dilated, she didn't mention effaced or anything. I was just wondering how long after your bloody show until labor started?
I know the baby is going to come when she wants but I'm just curious.

38 weeks today and have went over with all 3 of my kids. I would love to go into labor now but I don't think I will anytime soon. The only thing I've had is Braxton hicks but I've had those since 18 weeks so that's nothing new :/

I haven't lost my plug or my water hasn't broke. Sunday I was 2cm and 60% effaced. Friday I was 3cm and 80% effaced. false labor twice. I go back this Wednesday to get checked again lol.

38 weeks lost my mucus plug at 36 weeks. 2 cm dilated. Lots of false labor contractions. I think he may come this week sometime. Daddy is ready, And nervous.

No indication of when really. I didn't notice any show with my first two and I had 3 days at 30 weeks where I lost some of my plug, then again at 35 weeks. I'm 36+3 now and I'm just waiting. No cervical checks yet. Maybe at my next apt.
